3. Replace the Parts: Organize your technician to replace the board and screen. (We have installation instructions for this here and on our customer help center knowledge base)
4. Return & Refund: After the screen and board are replaced, simply return the old board and screen using the same box it shipped in with our included prepaid shipping label.
5. Assessment: Once we receive and inspect the returned board, we’ll issue a $250 core charge refund if the board can be refurbished.

Ground Control Cyclops Board Refurbishment Standards

To qualify for the core charge refund, returned boards must meet the following refurbishment criteria:

1. Physical Condition: The board must be free from visible damage, such as cracks, burns, or corrosion.
2. Functional Components: All components must be intact and undamaged, including connectors, circuits, and wiring.
3. No Unauthorized Modifications: The board must not have any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering.
4. Return Packaging: The board should be returned in its original packaging, which should be adequately protected to prevent damage during shipping.

Boards that meet these standards will be eligible for a $250 core charge refund upon inspection. Boards that do not meet these criteria may be ineligible for the refund.
