HOW IT WORKS
Not technically... but as close as you can get! Concentrates brewed on Ground Control are a high-TDS alternative brewed by the batch. We extract the same flavor profile you can expect from a traditional espresso, without the inconsistencies and hassle. For the technically inclined, these are brewed hot, and typically achieve TDS% in the 4-6% range with ease.
VARIABLE STRENGTH & RATIO
With our concentrates being roughly 2/3 the strength of espresso, mixing 3 parts concentrate to 7 parts milk will provide you with an iced latte indistinguishable in strength and general profile that your customers expect. For a typical 10 ounce latte, you'll end up using roughly the same amount of ground coffee you'd expect with an espresso based iced latte (18-20 grams), but you can easily adjust your ratios if you prefer it stronger.
A single Ground Control can produce up to 5 gallons of iced lattes per hour (pre-ice), with only a few minutes of operator effort! Cut your per beverage production time down by up to 90% and see your profits grow accordingly!
Take advantage of the large format trend by easily producing your lattes in 1/2 gallon, gallon or even keg sizes (and just think how long that would take you on your espresso machine...).
