What’s the Secret Sauce?
Ground Control’s brewing process is totally new, and we break all the rules.
Ground Control brews your coffee grounds by dispensing water in the brew basket. The system then uses a vacuum pump to pull out the brewed coffee. This stops the extraction by drying out the grounds. It then brews the same grounds again, using fresh water, blending together all the brews from the same grounds. This provides the most precise and consistent brew possible.
Not only does this produce a consistently exceptional cup of coffee. It’s also what makes 8 minute cold brew and batch espresso possible.
